About Us
A lot has happened since we were founded in 1994: starting with the film catering business, we gradually added event and trade fair catering. With around 500 events per year and up to 50 very well-trained employees, FLORIS is a well-known and exclusive catering company with its headquarters in Berlin. We have numerous location cooperations and can offer you the right selection for your eventVenues offer.
The company is owner-managed and offers its customers immediacy and short distances to the decision-makers. We attach particular importance to sustainable company management, which is expressed, among other things, in the purchase of local products and the involvement of Berlin suppliers. In the areas of personnel, equipment, entertainment, technology and decoration, we work together with professional subcontractors. FLORIS has the highest level of creativity and originality, perfect management and absolute reliability.

About Us

With around 500 events per year and up to 50 very well-trained employees, FLORIS is a well-known and exclusive catering company with its headquarters in Berlin. We have numerous Location-Cooperations and can offer you the right selection of venues for your event.The company is managed by Kerstin Vlasman, Floris Vlasman and Robin Siegeris and has no other shareholding structures. In this way, it offers its customers immediacy and short distances to the decision-makers. We attach particular importance to one sustainable
corporate governance, which finds its expression, among other things, in the purchase of local products and the involvement of Berlin suppliers. In the areas of personnel, equipment, entertainment, technology and decoration, we work together with professional subcontractors. FLORIS has the highest level of creativity
and originality, perfect management and absolute reliability.

Therefore, our chefs create lovingly prepared dishes every day and our sales team create individual, creative concepts that are precisely tailored to the requirements of your event. FLORIS stands for modern, down-to-earth cuisine - we love light and healthy dishes made from ingredients that we source from qualified butchers and fruit and vegetable farmers in the region. Our high standards of freshness and sustainability begin with the careful selection of our suppliers and partners.
This is the only way we can guarantee you our consistently high level of cuisine.
