That is why we support the “Best Leftovers Box” initiative as part of a nationwide campaign against food waste by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. If food is actually left over at your event, you and your guests can take it with you in the best leftovers box. This is how you and we prevent valuable food from ending up in the garbage can.

In the event that food is left over in spite of the Best Reste Box, FLORIS works with the Berliner Tafeln and the Initiative Foodsharing eV. By arrangement, the food will be picked up at the venue and given to those in need in the city. If you decide to do so, you will of course receive a donation receipt.
