Green Catering - sustainability in catering
FLORIS stands for sustainable, socially responsible and fair catering.
Whether environmental protection, social and economical responsibility or sustainable corporate governance:
FLORIS has been committed to these topics for over 10 years and is a leader in many areas.
Sustainable catering is much more than just offering regional and seasonal products.
We care about people and environment, thus we take RESPONSIBILITY and we do it with pleasure!
Our goal is to continue this action, to live sustainability and to regularly review the processes at FLORIS in this sense and to improve.
CO2 neutrality for your event
We support worldwide climate protection projects and thus set a sign of sustainability: With our "Green Event"-seal you show the public that you care about our environment.
Despite FLORIS efforts, the "carbon footprint" of your event remains behind. With FLORIS you have the opportunity to make your event a climate-friendly event.
And this is how you can participate and make a difference: By purchasing climate protection certificates, you can offset the CO2 emissions of your event. The price is 1.20 € plus VAT per guest of your event. You will receive an environmental certificate for this, which our client KlimaInvest creates individually with your company logo. The certificate can be used for invitations, during food presentations, social media or similar.

CO2 emissions are being offset by Gold Standard Projects, supported by the UN Climate Change Secretariat, WWF and Greenpeace: FLORIS is promoting forest conservation and the production of efficient cooking stoves in Ghana as well as the use of water filters in Kenya, which will reduce deforestation of the surrounding nature.
