FLORIS and the Chancellor

This summer Angela Merkel became a regular guest at various FLORIS events. In the dbb forum berlin the German Academy of Science and Technology e.V. (acatech) bid farewell to its longtime president Prof. Henning Kagermann. After her farewell speech, the Chancellor strengthened herself with our snacks. Naturally not without Currywurst.

Also at the conference 'Morals & Machines' of the WirtschaftsWoche , which dealt with 'Artificial Intelligence', the Chancellor was invited as a guest speaker at St. Elisabeth church in Berlin-Mitte. During her speech, the robot Sophia, who represents the current development of artificial intelligence, stood by the side of Mrs Merkel. Contrary to the theme of the day, there was nothing artificial about the organic and sustainable finger food that was served during the day. At the dinner for the Ethics Conference, we served delicious morsels from small dishes in the Flying Service. Unfortunately robot Sophia came away empty-handed.
