A different spin on Detox! Spice up your springtime with powerful condiments and the Detox-Latte recipe from the FLORIS Creative Kitchen.

Did you know that many spices have astonishing benefits for a Detox treatment? We will show you the latest trends and a tasty recipe with the warmest regards from our chef. We will use turmeric, ginger, pepper etc. in our spring cure. The Detox-Latte at breakfast is best for a healthy start in your day. It has a kick of freshness and purification, and it is full of antioxidants and energy.

The recipe from the FLORIS Creative Kitchen:

Warm up ½ l unsweetened almond milk on low heat. Mix with½tsp turmeric powder and about a 1cm ginger slice. Add½ tsp of cinnamon, a hint of black pepper, a dash of ground vanilla and a pinch of cardamom to the mixture. Simmer for a few minutes on low heat, but don’t boil!

You might want to let it cool for a minute before drinking, and could sweeten it with agave syrup. Give it a try, you will love it!
